From snowcapped mountains, picturesque lakes to vast deserts, its natural beauty is unparalleled. Xinjiang is also a cultural melting pot with multiple ethnic groups like the Uyghurs, Kazakhs and Mongolians, each offering their vibrant traditions and delicious cuisine. The history and development of the old and new Silk Road also add another layer of fascination. This travel talk will try to offer a 360-degree coverage of this amazing land to include its geography, geology, climate, population, history, economic activities, as well as a virtural visit to many of the key tourist destinations which are unforgettable.
