Participants must gather at the designated time and location. Late arrivals will not be accommodated and will be considered a voluntary withdrawal from the event.

For safety reasons, all participants are required to follow the instructions provided by HKUAA. Any actions that violate these instructions or disrupt other participants will be treated as a voluntary withdrawal from the event.

If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, or a Red/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, is in effect at or after 8:00 am, the tour will be cancelled. However, if Typhoon Signal No. 3 or lower, or a Yellow Rainstorm Warning Signal, is in effect, the tour will proceed as scheduled. No objections will be accepted, and the event will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Please monitor the weather report, as no additional notifications will be issued.

Please note that walk-ins are not permitted for this event.
