NOTE: 

(1) Please read through all the sections of 晨曦島福音戒毒中心「訪友須知」and HKUAA Instructions at the end before submitting application and payment. 

(2) 參賽者需自行購買保險保障（如有需要）

1. Please reserve the place(s) on NEED Basis in order NOT to abuse the quota and waste the resources of Operation Dawn晨曦島福音戒毒中心.
2. Only applicants with full payment receipt sent after receiving place offer notification email will be followed by formal place confirmation email well before the date of visit.
3. HKUAA will not inform those unsuccessful applicants without any place offer or place confirmation later on by any forms.
4. NO walk-in visit on the day is allowed.
5. No refund is allowed after payment, except when the visit event is cancelled by organizer or HKUAA.
